The garden is producing two to three zukes every three days or so. We also have some tiny delicata squash starting and one who is ripening.

Most of the delicata squash around here is imported from Mexico. Wild Shepherd Farm down south from us has had some in the past! I’d love to see if we can grow a decent amount locally cause it’s my favorite squash.

Also, stuffed squash blossoms are incredible.
