So we had the great honor of hosting a Mushroom Cultivation workshop here on the land. Everyone went home with Oyster and Wine Cap Spawn bags. And our wonderful facilitator left us with two buckets of oyster spawn on straw and the participants built a wine cap woodchip bed with hardwood mulch on the land! This Wine Cap Mushroom Bed is now one of the first installments in the Incubator Hub so that people who were in the workshop and put in their labor can come to pick mushrooms once they fruit!
