one of the factors in deciding on where to steward land was access to water. about 4 miles away, there’s a spring that runs nearly year round. i’ve seen it frozen once since November. in the event that our pump has any trouble (because that well is good shit) we can always fill our BPA-free water jugs down the road and do alright.
