Titan did a little bit of dandelion art as ritual for healing our guts, which have been upset lately.

He steamed and sautéed the greens, fried the flower and we’ll attempt to process the root for tea and the milky latex for antifungal treatments.

The fried flower heads taste like zucchini or squash blossoms. Olive oil salt and pepper. And the steamed greens left a beautiful broth.

so nice to have greens for lunch since we haven’t been able to get any spinach or arugula going well.
